Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Veltrixn" / "We" / "Us" — the financial education practice operating at 159 Nimmanhemin Road, Soi 9, Suthep, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Program" — any educational program offered by Veltrixn, including the Financial Awareness Program, Debt Management Guidance, and Financial Goal Architecture.
• "Participant" / "You" — any individual who enquires about, enrols in, or attends a Veltrixn program.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• "Session" — an individual workshop or consultation within a program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, paying a program fee, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Services Description

Veltrixn provides financial education services in a workshop and guided session format. Programs are delivered in English at our Chiang Mai premises, with online arrangements considered on request. Services are described on our website and communicated prior to enrolment.

Veltrixn provides education, not licensed financial advice. We do not make investment recommendations or act as a regulated financial adviser under Thai law.

4. Enrolment and Scheduling

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full program payment.
• Session scheduling is agreed with the participant at or before the first session.
• Participants may request rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may result in the session being forfeited.
• Veltrixn reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances, with reasonable advance notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Program fees are payable in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and cash. Details are provided upon enrolment confirmation.
• Refunds are available if a cancellation is made more than seven days before the first scheduled session. Cancellations within seven days of the first session are non-refundable. Partially completed programs are not eligible for refund.

6. User Responsibilities

• Participants agree to attend sessions in good faith and engage constructively with program materials.
• Financial information shared in sessions is shared voluntarily. Participants are not required to disclose any information they do not wish to share.
• Participants agree not to record sessions without prior written consent from Veltrixn.
• Any materials provided by Veltrixn (workbooks, templates, blueprints) are for the participant's personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, curricula, and documentation produced by Veltrixn are the intellectual property of Veltrixn. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for their personal educational purposes. No part of any program material may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

• Veltrixn provides educational content on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that program content will meet every individual's specific financial circumstances.
• No specific financial outcomes are promised. Financial decisions and their results remain entirely the participant's own responsibility.
• Program content reflects general educational frameworks and does not constitute licensed financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Veltrixn's total liability to any participant arising from a program shall not exceed the program fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation or non-participation in any program.

10. Termination

Veltrixn may terminate or suspend a participant's enrolment if they act in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. In such cases, fees may be retained proportionally to sessions delivered. Participants may withdraw at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 5.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai Province.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Veltrixn and each participant.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: Participants may not transfer their enrolment to another person without prior written consent.

13. Changes to Terms

Veltrixn may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. For programmes already in progress at the time of a change, the terms in force at enrolment continue to apply.
